Auto-snooze Workspaces

Keep your infrastructure costs in check with Workspace auto-snooze! This smart feature automatically pauses inactive Workspaces after a configurable timeout period, helping you optimize spending without compromising your workflow.

Don't worry about interrupting your work - auto-snooze detects ongoing Flow runs and won't pause your Workspace while pipelines are actively running.

Configure auto-snooze

1. Navigate to your Workspace
2. Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top navigation bar to open Workspace settings
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Workspace settings page
4. In the auto-snooze section, adjust the timeout value (between 5-120 minutes)
5. Ensure the checkbox is checked to enable auto-snooze
6. Save your changes

tip

Set a shorter timeout (5-15 minutes) for development Workspaces that you use intermittently, and a longer timeout (30-60 minutes) for production Workspaces where you're actively monitoring pipelines.
